I watched what I ate last week after deciding not to be logging everything, but after this last week I now have come to the fact that maybe I do need to log. All I drink is water. I will ride out this next week and let you know how it goes. :)

Just did my second of my 30 challenge on EA Active, it's so much fun it doesn't feel like exercise! After I'm done somtimes I play with the kids, it's a great time!

I have these, they are called walking poles, they do help get you using your arms more and the heart rate up, that's why I got them, they really get them going!

I think you can be big boned/densed bone. A few of my cousins and I have been tested for bone density and the doc said that our fam has some of the denses bones he's seen. Jokingly I told my cousin, she's a bit of an airhead, maybe it's affecting her brain, that's why she's dense. :wink:

I love this, I wish more mom's would think about their kids. At my house you eat what I give you or you don't eat end of story. I'm sick of parents saying that their kids don't like this or that, if they are hungry enough they will eventually eat the good stuff!

I have to agree here, add protein. Maybe add some tuna or something to your lunch salad, or egg to breakfast.
