Is anyone using this fro their exercise I've done it twice and it's a killer on the thighs and butt!

    I am - definitely targets thighs and butt (tons of squats and exercises to disguise squats like the inline skating). It's a good way to sneak in a workout if you're running short on time, but I don't think their cardio exercises are that great (with the exception of the boxing which actually gets my heart rate up). My thought is that it's better than nothing and seems to be good at targeting certain muscles. I'm glad to hear I'm not the only one that uses it often! Keep it up!
  • Yes, I love it. I completed the 30 day challenge, and just recently purchased the More Workouts edition - it is very fun, and even more challenging. I recommend them both.

    Thanks I too am glad I'm not the only one using it, I was soooooo bored w/ the gym!
