Not sure what you're asking?? Should you eat your exercise calories?? Or just eat in general?? Weight can fluctuate daily, hourly, etc. so I would not get too concerned with the scale and try to just weigh yourself just once per week. Good luck!!0

I'm interested with what people have to say here.
My weigh in day is Tuesdays, and in the morning.
I will however some times weigh in between, and I can notice daily differences in the scales.
I do only actually enter the weight i am on a tuesday though. But wonder what others think about this, for me, once a week is a true entered reading0 -
i have been to the gym and weighed in and have had a good weight loss and am keen to put thefigures in but am scared in case come sat they are wrong ..........0

I think she's asking if she should update her profile with the new number. I'd wait if I were you, you never know what the end will bring. But that's just me, anyway whatever you choose, KeeP UP the GREAT WorK!0

I weigh myself every day, but only record on Fridays. Your weight will fluctuate daily. Recording once a week will give you a better estimate of your progress.0

I probably wouldn't enter it yet. I have done that a couple times and come actual weigh-in day, it went up. Not by much, but still.0

OK now I get it. I would only track weight once per week, since your weight can fluctuate so much during the week. I have been in the same boat and had a good number on the scale, only to see a gain once my weigh in day comes by. I think the important thing is that in the long run, weeks and months, that the weight is going down. Just try to stay on track, drink lots of water, and eat clean until weigh in day!!!0

I weigh in every day and record when I lose. If I gain anything back I just leave it alone. Whatever you do isn't going to change how much weight you lose so don't worry so much about should you record it or shouldn't you :glasses:0

I weigh myself in the morning and at night everyday so I can see how my body reacts to the food that I eat that day. When I hit a new low I record it. It is always a new number in the morning and usally on a Thursday for me. Once I record a new number I then work to break that. I hope this helps...0

I weigh everyday. I input my weight if its gone down and dont worry about it if its gone up as I know it'll be a usual fluctuation and as long as I see a steady downward trend over all I dont care.
eg, last week 3 days in a row I lost 0.4 of a lb, next day I'd lost 0.6 the next day 0.4 I log them all as I find it motivating and I havent lost anything since, im not worried as by the weekend I'll have lost some more0
