Running and lifting?
I'm marathon training, I'm expecting to loose some weight from all the running but would like to build some muscle again. Will lifting have a bad effect on my running training? If it will I'm willing to wait until after the race but otherwise it would be nice to look awesome when I run ;)

Protein shake making me queasy?
I had a break from exercise and so my protein shake, I never had an issue before. Since I started on it again I've been getting some stomach cramps and queasiness after, any ideas why this might be?

Going to run a marathon, weight?
I'm at a healthy BMI of 21, I'm just wondering if I should loose some weight? Not loads just to be the lower end of healthy iykwim? Would it help or not?

Nutrisport 90+ protein shake
I bought the chocolate one and to be fair it tastes like crap lol has anyone tried the strawberry one? Any better? I'd like to keep using it as it's good value and packs a lot of protein.

Good body fat % calculator
Anyone know one? I just tried one and it put me at 18.2% which I know is wrong as it would put me in the 'lean' category but my thigh measurement was 30mm!

Struggling with calories on running days
I'm training for a half marathon so my week is 3 days lifting, alternated with 3 days of running and one days rest. On a run I sometimes burn 600+ calories and I'm not sure if im supposed to be eating them back or how I could possibly manage that at 9pm! Yesterday I had 900cals left but couldn't have eaten any more :/

When to have protein shake?
The tub says to Have one in the morning and one at night but it would say that ;) So do I just need one after I do a weights session or after a run too? I work out 6 days a week, alternating weight lifting and running, looking to build up some muscle.

How fast does muscle weight go on?
I started a weight training program last week, done 4 sessions now, weighed myself this morning and it's gone up by 0.9kg, my body does look better though. Could it be muscle weight already? I'm not stressing about the 0.9kg but I'm just curious :)

Without fail every day I go over my protein allowance by quite a bit, does this matter?

I just can't eat bread!
After a while of carefully monitoring what I eat on here I've noticed that bread is evil, it makes me so horribly bloated I gain 5lbs and a dress size just from a few slices! Seems like too few calories
I've been given a guide of 1340 cals a day by MFP, but I struggle to eat that little most days without being starving! Like today I only have 400 odd calories left for the rest of the day but I know I will go over that when I have my dinner, there's no way I can carry on though the night on less than 500 calories.
