I'm doing Keto, I'm over on my protein and it's only lunchtime >.< I know I can have a salad with oil but is there anything else? My mind's drawing a blank (possibly transition brain fog) PLEASE just food ideas, I'm not after a low carb fight :) thanks!

How come no one goes on about fromage frais?
I see everyone eating greek yoghurt but no one eating plain fromage frais, why? Fromage frais has less calories and more protein than most of the greek yogurts in my supermarket except the very expensive ones.

Low carb, do I need to take a vitamin?
I hate synthetic and artificial stuff, taking a vitamin seems totally wrong to me when there's less chemicals in my shampoo than these pills. I am aware however that keto is restrictive on fruit and veg so am worried I'm not getting everything I need, is there a more natural way to ensure I get all my vitamins?

Macros for insanity?
Am I right in thinking they're 40:40:20? I've used the formula in the nutrition guide for my calories and set my macros but almost 200g of protein a day seems an awful lot to aim for :/

Can you drink and still loose body fat?
Does alcohol affect your BF %? I get the whole eating clean thing but if I'm so strict with my food it would be nice to still be able to get wasted every now and again! No 'drinking is bad for your liver' etc speeches please, I know that but hey, I'm young.

Are these accurate or do they just estimate based on your stats? I got some the other day and you program in your sex, age and height before weighing so more accurate than just a simple number I suppose but still, can this number be trusted or do I need to get the body fat calipers out again?
