Are they 1cal a spray because the oil is different or do they just spray that little of the oil its only 1cal?

    Small amount of oil, if you used a whole bottle to deep fry stuff in then it would still be a load of calories.

    Just wondering if it would be the same if I filled my own spray bottle, I begrudge paying 3 times as much if it's the same stuff!
