    Eat more fruit and veggies, beans or lentils with lean meat or white fish. Start counting servings, you are not meeting the minimum/ maximum UK guidelines for healthy eating - where is the dairy, fruit and veg? You are also over on junk/ fatty/ sugary/ processed calories, should be 10% of daily calories: you had that with the Lurpack and marmalade, then added another 400 on Xmas pudding.

    ETA you are not tracking properly, half your foods claim no fat carbs or protein which is rubbish! Did you enter those foods into the database? If so please edit them, you mess it up for others.
