When to have protein shake?

The tub says to Have one in the morning and one at night but it would say that 
So do I just need one after I do a weights session or after a run too? I work out 6 days a week, alternating weight lifting and running, looking to build up some muscle.

have it whenever, it won't make any difference if you have it before or after your workout for example.0

As long as you hit it within 24 hours of workout.0

Have a daily protein goal, if you get that all from food...no shakes needed.0 -
