Question about logging activities for newsfeed purpose only
I'm using the adjustments Fitbit gives me, without logging the exercise for the caloric adjustment. The thing is that I enjoy the activity newsfeed, it is motivating to share with friends. How can I do that without altering the calories given by the Fitbit? Thanks!

Eating 2200 cals+ and still hungry
I'm 5'4", 128lbs, around 22% BF. I started using a FitBit about a month ago and I eat all the calories it gives me and on my lifting days I also eat the ones I manually input. Do I need a day off from my exercise routine or should I workout every day?
