14's too big????
So I have been noticing that my size 14"s are starting to feel way too big. However, I am so nervous about going into a "normal" size clothing store to see if I might possibly fit into a smaller size:) But this kind of problem I think I can deal with. I can't believe I have come this far. I started out in a size 20:drinker:

how many calories are in a taco shell that is fried in oil?
i'm going to my mom's for dinner tonight, and she is making tacos. I love her tacos, but she fries her taco shells in oil. I plan on having just one taco. I am wondering how many calories that would be. Anybody have any ideas?

why do i binge eat?????
I do pretty good for most of the day, but sometimes I just start eating anything and everything. I know what I am doing, but I just can't seem to stop. I feel like my willpower is just a big 0, I have noticed that I have these binges when I am most stressed. I just don't know how to stop them.:sad:
