well I got a food scale today, and it has already been very helpful. I love it!!

    I bought one right after I joined this site last week and it's been awesome already, great you can know exactly how many calories you're consuming! I love it! :)

    I've had food scales for ages and never really used them in the past. Since becoming a member of this site and being serious about losing some weight I have used the scales for almost every meal. It's amazing how easy it is to adjust to correct portion size and it really helps in controlling those calories.
