Week 4 Weekly Challenge
Adding to the last three week's challenges, this week is log everything you eat and drink into MFP or any other food journal every day. So, for week four the entire challenge looks like this: Plank 40 seconds everyday. Drink 8 8oz glasses of water everyday. Park further away. and last but not least log your food and drink.

So far we have planks everyday and 8 glasses of water every day. This week we are going to add (drum roll) park further away from stores. Got to go to the grocery store? Park as far away as you can. Week 2 Weekly Challenge
So, last week we did a 20 second plank every day. This week's challenges are to increase your plank to 30 seconds every day. AND get in at least 8 - 8 oz glasses of water every day. That is 64 oz of water everyday. Good luck! :drinker:

I am going to switch over to Stonglifts 5X5 for a bit and then come back to NROLFW after running through Stronglifts once. Right now, it has more pros than NR does. The biggest pro being my hubby agreed to start lifting with me if I switched over to Stronglifts and they have an iphone app. Anyone else dabbled in StongLifts?

What to do with this bird?
