I've never dyed my hair before and want something extremely temporary (like washes out in the first wash) for a cosplay costume I'm doing. Anyone recommend anything? I want a coppery red ideally. My hair is currently brown (but not super dark brown).

Can 1200 cause starvation mode and subsequent plateaus? Also, if you eat 1200 cals for like, 6 out of 7 days a week and ate a bit more on the 7th day would you still go into starvation mode eventually?
