Hi all you lovely people. It's amazing you're here trying to work on getting healthy or fit or whatnot, keep up the good work!
Just remember not to tie your looks to your self worth. The media spits out a lot of garbage about how women should be esteemed for being beautiful and flawless and whatnot, but honestly your appearance is only a teensy fraction of who you are as a person and what you can contribute to the world. Remember that, and don't let the lie that your worth is tied to your appearance spread. It's a lie that sells clothing and makeup, but harms our children.

No hate below! It's not men's faults, the media has failed them a bit too, just not as spectacularly. It's not anyone's faults, it just really needs to change.
