I need good role models and advice. :/ Not sure what healthy

*what's healthy. gah, I hate grammar mistakes, sorry.

I am in need good role models. People with open food diaries who actually eat healthy portions and healthy foods, because I can't judge what's healthy anymore and I'm tired of terrible eating habits. I do eat a lot of fruits and veggies but I bounce between restricting and binging on junk. Long story short I've always been fairly tiny (nearly underweight for most of my life) so that's normal for my body, I used to be a figure skater but I'm not getting as much exercise in college so I gained a ton then I lost it and more by restricting and exercise. I have terrible eating habits, I just need to see examples of people eating healthily every day and maybe I'll finally understand what normal is.
PS. I know my goal is low but please ignore that, I'm mostly more interested in gaining muscle and staying the weight I am.

    not sure if i can help as i eat a lot of protein. im trying to tone up so lifting weights & trying 2 eat small but regular meals. im prob not great on getting my fruit n veg in. do try.

    You can follow me if you want! I'm usually pretty healthy, and only go over on my calories with drinking and stuff. And when I eat a candy bar, I just feel horrible shame and don't log it, so don't worry, you'll never see any of that! lol.
