Feel faint
So I have started to do interval running on the treadmill. I do 30 sec at a high speed and 30 sec off. After around 20 mins I start to get very light headed and have to stop. Hi, So I bought a new HRM and used it in the gym for the first time today. It has my height, weight, age etc and has a band that goes around my waist to measure my heart rate. So I burned around 700 calories (according to the HRM) this morning, but I feel like I burned less....Can you trust a HRM?
