Should I stay or Should I go

I need advice....I have been out of the gym since Monday (I am usually in it 6 days a week) because I have been sick. I have had the cold and an ear infection. I am still taking antibiotics and feel about 60% better but am DYING TO GO BACK TO THE GYM!!!

I don't know whether to wait until I am fully better or just go for it today?

Advice please and thanks in advance.

    The way I do it......If I'm fit enough to WANT to get back to training then I'm probably fit enough to do so.

    Just keep in mind that you are still recovering, and listen a little bit more to your body if it tells you not to go all-out.

    If you want to go, go....but take it easy...Listen to your body if it has had enough...

    I have always been told by my doctor that even just a little light exercise while sick can help you get better more quickly. I would start of slow and see how much you can do.

    Go and do something easy to begin with and work up to something more strenuous if you feel like it. When I'm sick I never really feel like working out but I always feel way better once I actually start moving.
