SHOCKED at Sugar

So I was messing about with my settings and realised that I could view how much sugar I could intake everyday. I was told that too much sugar means its harder to burn fat. I thought I was being super good and healthy today until I seen that my sugar was -41!!!!!! Like WOW!!!!! I haven't done my exercise yet so hopefully this will go down but I am in shock!!

I was mainly watching my Calories and Carbs, so now I am defiantly going to watch my sugar!!!!!

Awwwh now I feel better to get that out :laugh:
