Lower Body Weight Loss

Hi,

I have noticed recently that I am getting smaller on my top half and looking a little bigger on my bum and legs. I mainly walk, cross trainer or toning exercises.

I was wondering what is the best way to get smaller legs and bum, any exercise tips etc? :happy:

    Google exercises for glutes and thighs. Also, www.exercisetv.com has fantastic exercises from dance to aerobics. I love it, and it can also be found on some cable stuff (OnDemand, etc.). I know Comcast and Xfinity have a fitness section, it's free, and they actually have videos from ExerciseTV :)
