30 days to shrink

So tomorrow I am going to begin the 30 Day Shred.

I am going to do this along with gym sessions and classes, including Kettle Bells, Pilates and Zumba (maybe).

Going to take measurements and weight tomorrow morning along with pictures.

I am planning on doing 10 days level 1, 10 days level 2, 10 days level 3 (hoping I wont need any breaks)

I will also take pictures after every completed Level.

If anyone wants to join than brilliant but I know there is a lot of these threads on here, but if you want to do the same as me then keep your progress updated here and we can spur each other on. xx

    I also have the 30 day shred DVD, and each time I start it, I need a break after day one! LOL - I could give it a go again with you though! :)

    I am scared I will want to stop but I thought if I posted it here for everyone to see I wont give up :D

    We will get past the first few days and then we defo cant stop :D
