plyo circuit!
It's everyone's favorite today! :) Man, I still can't do more than four "real" push ups and then I have to drop to those knees. Especially in those level one drills knowing the in and out abs are coming. My shoulders are definitely starting to get ripped so it's worth it!!!! Have a great Tuesday yall!

Would Rather do ANYTHING Besides the Fit Test Today!
I don't like having the Fit Test on a Monday. I am so sluggish today. Right after my rest day and Sunday was my cheat meal. However- I think Thursday would be perfect for a Fit Test and today my tired, tired body would LOVE to do a recovery video! So... I'm modifying this week a little bit :)

So, when I do the math provided by the Insanity book I should be eating about 1550 calories a day since it's such a hard workout.
