Fondue pot?

So, my mom got me a fondue pot for Christmas. Immediately after, everyone in the family made fun of her because they knew I would never use it being that cheesey cheese cheese & tubs of chocolate really aren't on my menu very often!

She is coming to visit in a couple of weeks & I'm trying to think of some creative/slightly more healthy uses for my new kitchen toy. Any thoughts?
