Spicy Mustard?

So, I've noticed the last 2 weeks my scale has not been budging so I tried cutting out sweetener (setvia is pretty much all I use), energy bars, & other little things and saw no difference. Then I realized I use the brown or spicy mustard quite a lot. I never put it in my diary b/c it's 0 calorie, but maybe y'all can shine some light on something I'm missing. All the ingredients seemed OK. Turmeric, vinegar, mustard seed & black pepper.
I use it to make a salad dressing I use probably once a day (basically just the mustard diluted with water & maybe some garlic or onion powder) or I'll mix it in with my sauted veggies or with a vinegar marinade.
Am I missing something? Could this be stalling my weight loss? If any of you know something I don't, please let a sista know!

Doubtful that spicy mustard would stall your diet.
Sometimes stalls happen, just keep at it. If the stall persists for more than a month you should try to make some adjustment to your diet. Otherwise don't worry about the mustard.0 -

No just watch your sodium from it.. thats about it.. besides the fact its awesome on sandwiches!
BTW glanced at your diary, ya I know... but you need to eat more food.. that can stall your weight loss if you eat too little.0 -
I have to echo what Greenrun has said. You have a lot of days under 1200 cals (looks like most days are). If it were me, I'd try eating right around your target every day. And even eat back some of your exercise calories on big workout days.
Good luck!0 -
I love mustard and tend to use a lot. I always retain a lot of water after I eat mustard because of the sodium. When I cut out mustard I drop a few pounds.0

Hmm.. well, I'm going to try just using it once a day! Haha. See if that helps. Thanks, y'all!0
