Herbalife/ Shakes

A friend of mine has started distributing Herbalife & has some nice results. I was considering doing it myself, but I don't like the cost of the shakes, plus I already have a meal replacement shake brand that I really like ( Garden of Life's RAW Meal &/or their RAW Protein typically fill me up if that's what I'm doing that day). So, I was considering buying the supplements & tea.
Has anyone ever done Herbalife this way?
