How much can I safely lose by New Years?

Still lost on how many calories!
So MFP says I Ned to at 1200 then I check mym BMR and it says it's 1501 and my TDEE is 1801. Since I'm not supposed to eat below my BMR should I eat more than 1501 or do what MFP says and eat 1200? Please help.... 5'3 155 Female 26

How often do you weigh in & record?
So I feel like I don't always weigh in & record consistently. I do weigh in once a week but because of my schedule I can be a day or two off each week. I do check my weight every morning so I know basically what I will be each week but sometimes I will record every 5 days or sometimes up to 7 days.

what is your logging strategy?
I like to track everything that I'm going to have throughout the day in the morning. I feel like it will give me a better sense of how the day is going and keeps me on track better. Obviously adjusting if things change.

My whole life I have always eaten breakfast, but now sine I started MFP I have lost the urge to eat anything in the morning. I make myself eat at least a piece of cheese, but I'm just not hungry. Should I make myself eat anyways?

Should I change my Calories?
I started running 3 days a week. I just looked at my BMR & TDEE - BMR=1502 & TDEE= 2002. I have my calories set right now at 1350. Should I up it to 1500? I haven't lost any weight in the past 2 weeks. Perhaps I'm not eating enough?

So I just started c25k which I really enjoy but I have not budged on the scale. Could this be due to starting out an excerize regiment?

Non-Scale Victory!!!!! (NSV)
I dragged myself out of bed put on my shoes and walked/jogged1.59 miles. I hate to exercise and Im not a runner but I did it! I walked 2 telephones poles and ran three. i did this consistently the whole way. for me this is HUGE!!!! I am so proud of myself :) And I also burned 141 calories :) It helps having my iPod nano…

needing advice
So I want to start an exercise plan. Would it work if i walked/jogged 3 days a week and did the 30 Day Shred 2 days a week? Just to start out while I get into the swing of things and work up my endurance?

5'3 155lbs ~ how many Calories?!
I am 5'3 and 155 and I want to lose 30lbs. MFP has me at 1200 calories a day. I just can't do it. I'm starving and wind up going WAY over my calories. Anyone else around my size who eat's more calories a day? Right now I have a bum knee so I can't exercise.
