needing advice

So I want to start an exercise plan. Would it work if i walked/jogged 3 days a week and did the 30 Day Shred 2 days a week? Just to start out while I get into the swing of things and work up my endurance?

    Sounds good. I started out with 30 day shred to build up my endurance and that worked for me. However, I have learned that I don't like workout videos so switching it up might be better.. all that matters is your moving and burning those calories!!!

    Yeah I'm not really a fan of them either. But i figured it would give me a little strength that I wouldn't otherwise get. Thanks for your opinion :)

    Agree with above, as long as you are moving that is a good start, if you want great results I would advise incorporating some weight training.....:o)
