30 Day Shred Question ...
... I'v read that when you start the 30DS you need a 5 Lbs weight.. I only have a1.5 Kilo (aprox. 3.3 Lbs) is that an issue? Will i need to get a heavier weight or will the one i have be fine to use? - How heavy was the weights that you used ?? ALSO,, What other equipment will i need to buy ??

First day of taking up jogging and have pains in my chest.
The pain is in-between my boobs (sorry only way i can think of to describe it) and it came on after jogging half a mile. I would really like to take up jogging so my question is.. Should i slow it down a little until i am use to jogging certain distances ?

Is this too boring?
I don't really eat much as I'm a fussy eater but I'm wanting to try a stir fry so this is what I plan to put into it: -Egg Noodle (Obvious) -Red pepper -Spring onions -Carrot -Soy Sauce Is that too boring? Is there anything else any one would recommend I should put into it?
