Exercise- yes. I actually tried my friend’s new Hobie Mirage Eclipse peddle paddle board. It is like doing a stepper on the water. What fun!!!
It's always great when we can find fun, new ways to exercise! Never heard of a peddle paddle board! I'll have to google it!0 -

Coming in 2nd overall last week was our very own @murdog3t, with a loss of 2.41%!! Well done, Tami! Your hard work finally showed up on the scales!! Rounding out the top three Big Butts was @violasmith85, with a loss of 1.44% and @erikNJ with a loss of 1.30%!! Well done, you three!!
As a team we came third, so we have some work to do there!!!

I've been in bed all week sick with flu and my weights sky rocketed , maybe it's just swelling? i thought i would have lost as ive just been drinking soup...So I'm feeling really discouraged.

There's no way you have gained seven pounds in a week if all you have been consuming is soup! So, water weight is the logical conclusion! Your first priority is getting well. Have you seen the doctor? Flu doesn't usually last a week, does it? Please take care of yourself! (hugs)1 -

Exercise Yes We took the puppy to the Farmers Market. She is getting much better meeting other dogs but still wants to lick everyone. And I love the fresh local fruits and veggies but I have to walk the entire market so I know I am getting the best deal.

I haven’t planned anything. I’m trying to plan out maintenance and how to lose fat, gain muscle, and keep my weight the same. It’s so hard because in the old days celebrations were always centered on food. I might buy a really nice new outfit to celebrate instead5 -
