I am sick with the flu so I haven't been able to do too much since yesterday but I will get back on track. :-)
@Gyrl_on_A_Journey This is the last weigh-in I can find for you (posted Jan 5). Do you have a weigh-in for Week 2? Week 2 began on Sun Jan 6 and ends today.

In high school I ran track, but once I started gaining weight I could no longer run the way or use to and I no longer enjoyed it. The other day I was out for a walk and a dog started chasing me. Before I knew it I just took off. It took me a second for me to realize I was running and I wasn't out of breath. I was able to run again or jog I should say. I was so excited. But I consider this my victory for the week!!!! Just to give you guys insight on my weight, here I go! Been on my weight loss journey for 3 years
@Gyrl_on_A_Journey What a wonderful NSV! You ran, you got away from the dog, and you're getting to relive those feelings of HS track. It's like a taste of youth again, isn't it? So glad for you that you had that experience! Have you tried jogging again since?
Yes I have twice. It's a great feeling!!! :-)

January Week 2
Previous Weight: 157.2
Current Weight: 157.6
Up a little bit this week, but honestly after losing 2.6 lbs last week, I expected that. The body is not supposed to let go of that much weight so quickly. And I know I was completely on point this week, so it's all good!
More importantly than the weight is the fact I could run 5 miles this morning on the treadmill with no knee pain! HOORAY!!! I hurt my knee on NYE and haven't been able to run without pain or discomfort since then. Hopefully this means I'll be able to take my runs back outside by next week, and will have no problem ramping up my miles in time for my next half-marathon in March.6 -

Weigh in Day- Sunday
January week #3
Previous weight: 240.6
Current weight: 238.6
My NSV: I was halfway to my car before I realized I'd buttoned my winter coat with ease and the buttons weren't straining to stay put. It finally fits again without the obvious bulges and gaps around the buttons.6 -

I think this is how you reply...I love the phrase “snacking like wild.” 😂 We’ve all been there! I found doing an activity at night helps curb this for me. I started with sodoku and now I have moved on to puzzles. (I’m a very hip 30 year old 😂)

Quick question: I will be traveling on Friday and that’s my weigh in day. Can I weigh in on Thursday this week? Thanks!
Also, my NSV this week is that my clothes fit better! I can tell that I’m no longer bloated, and it’s a great feeling!1 -
@AB0215, just sent again. Let me know if you don't receive it. Thanks!2
