    I also used to demolish those strawberry shortcakes from the ice cream truck! And there was another one called chocolate eclair, I think. Loved that one, too!

    Happy Monday OMADers!

    178.2 this morning after a BEAUTIFUL weekend of eating :-D I fail and only took 1 pic (it's being fussy and I'll have to post it after lunch) but here's what I had :)

    Friday - 5 pieces of a medium HH's pizza with extra cheese, pepp, and jalepenos...half cajun crust, half asiago crust
    Saturday - noodlies w 2 egg yolks, a gyro from Arby's, curly fries with crack ranch, a jamocha shake, and samoas crumbled on top...a few pieces of candy too
    Sunday - noodlies again with 2 yolks (pic is of Ced's LOL - he likes a full poached egg), a mcdonald's crispy chicken sammy, bacon and cheese fries, and a strawberry shake with samoas crumbled on top again NOM NOM NOM

    Back on the fasting train todayyyyyyyy - I'm seeing my primary this afternoon to see if I can get approved for a standing desk, because sitting all day hurts these lil hips 'o' mine...we'll see! :)

    LOL only 1 picture this timeeeeeeeeeee but I'll try to remember this week, scout's honor :)

    So right now I"m doing a weird schedule but I like it and it's working SO:
    M-W: 500 or less cal OMAD
    Th: Full Fast
    Friday: Whatever I want OMAD
    Sat-Sun: Whatever I want, about a 6 hour window

    I weigh Fridays to remove all variables...I'm averaging about 2 pounds a week on that, which is just ducky :)

    Here you go all...really good quality instant noodles (you have to get the good ones, often from Asian supermarkets or sometimes Walmart, if yours has a good Asian section) cooked with bone broth, topped with a poached egg <3 It's a staple in my household <3

    OMG I love me some noodles with poached eggs.....So yummy, and getting good quality noodles is the key. Bacon fat is also good in them. It's a southern thing ya'll LOL.....

    Yassssssssss I've had one at previous jobs and it makes a HUGE difference!

    And yes, can't stress it enough - GOOD QUALITY NOODLES!

    I LOOOOOOVE noodles. Literally one of my favorite foods. I may make some pad see ew later this week after seeing these yummies!

    A standing desk sounds amazing. Does it hurt your feet after a while?

    I have a pair of slippers under my desk, if I stand too long, and have on heels, I just put on my slippers :) totally comfy!!!

    Yassssssssssss I love Asian noodles ESPECIALLY!!! :-D Do you have a good pad thai recipe? I've tried a million sauce recipes and it's never right :(

    This desk is a mount on my work desk, and moves so it allows me to alternate standing and sitting which is PERFECT! :-D

    Donna, I wear winter boots in and have sketchers slip ons to wear around the office....if Im actually at my desk, it's socks only! :P Oh also I don't/can't wear heels sooooooooooo LOL

    I'm actually not a huge pad thai eater! I love the thick rice noodles in pad see ew much better, and I love the sauce even more! Have you had it before?

    Not that I know of, but I'm into ALL the southeast asian stuffs - send it to meeeeeeeee <3

    Ok guys so....I hate a great mini fast yest - around 600 cals total but FULL of salt *sigh*

    Only 1 pound down today - 177.2

    Not the end of the world, I just like seeing big losses the first day so it seems less of a hurdle through the week - ah well...I need to average about 2.75 lbs a day to hit goal BUT Thursday is always a little better whoosh SO we'll see...I'd love to post my picture but MFP is being really fussy so I'll post it as soon as I can.

    My weigh in matches my mood today - kinda MEH...I can't seem to wake up, and I'm kinda womp womp which is unusual for me. TBH it's probably the weather...I'm so beyond over winter it's not even funny. AND more snow and ice tonight *sigh*

    We are expecting another 6-8 inches of snow tomorrow here in PA so tomorrow and maybe Thursday will be work from home days for me.

    Okay I love you girls but snow is way better than rain :D We have about 8-12 inches of rain coming between now and Sunday. Nasty wet cold rain...…..Our Feb has sucked in the weather department...….just so gross......we don't live in a flood zone thankfully but I am so over the rain......I'll trade and take the snow :)

    You are right about winter being to blame for our moods and I didnt even weigh after my 2 splurge days because I just don't want to be too discouraged. We are getting snow and rain tonight and into tomorrow yuck!!! Praying that spring comes soon o:)

    Yuck. And this is why moving to Miami is still in my top 5 of the greatest decisions I've ever made. I hope you all get better weather soon. It really does impact the mood.
