Calories-Way under, missed dinner then was so tired I went to bed and slept terribly...ugh! Funny, if you eat too little you get a scolding from MFP. Since I had too high calorie days right before it will all even out but it's a really good feature that you get the warning!

Think it may be the time of the month coming up because my scale moved the other direction today, and I'm getting some face and tummy bloating. Going to keep tomorrow's diet clean and lean, low sodium or I will balloon.

I know part of it is that I had pizza earlier this week and I was also gassy this morning. I was one pound heavier before I burped. After that, I stepped back on the scale to find I was one pound lighter.
I also did an hour of Tae Bo right when I got up because I knew I wouldn't feel like doing it later.4
