I cycled every day to get out of the house and was eventually able to drop to 184.4lbs in September 2020. Since then, unfortunately the yo-yo dieting recommenced and here…

Proud but frustrated
I’m 2.5 mos out from GSV and have lost 51 pds but feel like I’m behind and I can’t tell I’ve dropped ant weight. My tummy is still a bit sensitive to some foods but I’m getting close to 900 calories in and macros are pretty good.
