Diabetes Eating Out Problem
I've started my health journey this Jan. I work in London at a busy job so I often don't get time to make my own lunch so I end up eating out. I want to ensure I keep eating well even though. Any tips or methods I can use to make sure I can eat out well - what has worked / not worked for other people?

Ketone test strips accuracy / very low GKI
So.. I decided to try out keto about three days ago and measured my ketone levels today using urine strips - I had a reading of 80mg/dL and glucose didn't change on the indicator at all (like it didn't read it/change was so minimal / below 100 mg/dL). I know the strips aren't particularly accurate - I figured I was fine…

If you’re eating less than 1500 calories, you’re not healthy.
Unpopular opinion from a former ED patient, but an average teen/young adult needs at least 2300 calories. Once you become and adult, that number only gets a couple hundred calories lower. I get that people have different metabolisms, but if you’re intuitively eating (eating when you’re hungry, stopping when you’re full)…
