Going hard keto for 2022

I've been keto for 6 years on and off. It's a necessary WOL for me due to type 2 figuring heavily in our family and also my body isn't able to digest lots of the available carbs and I end up getting really ill and eventually become immobile.
I've set myself a number of challenges for the new year (I do this every year. I LOVE new year rezzies) and I'm vlogging them on YT. Back here on MFP to log every days food so there's no accidental slip ups. Even after all the study I've done over the years on keto and LCHF nutrition, it still happens.
I'm back with my PT weight training too.
Would be great to buddy up on here with people that are doing the same thing or similar. Outside of here I'm a mental health professional and a psychotherapist ❤
