    Logging calories in, calories out (CICO) can get you there!

    The good news is that, whether you're trying to lose 10lb or 100lb, the mechanism of action is the same: eat less than you burn. That said, if you are already within the normal weight range for your height, you might look into what's called "recomposition" or "recomping" - there are threads about it if you search for them.
