I'm back at Keto, I am pretty time poor so usually I do big cook ups and reheat frozen portions during the week. Just hoping to get some recipe ideas and snacks. I can't do seafood (Tuna cooked in to a bake is ok) or avocado. I've heard salami sticks are ok (Donski's in Aus) and plain ham. Any other cold meats as well?
I'm pretty basic when it comes to food, not fussed about fancy, mainly bulk, relatively tasty and easy to make/prepare.
Any help, much appreciated!

Hi. I've preprepped a month's meals (first time ever!) It's turning out to be the best thing ever. I've got tubs of keto curry, minced beef, sausages etc. All simple meals that I've teamed up with cauliflower rice , or mashed cheesy cauliflower, or broccoli. All I have to do is grab one and pop it in the microwave

Get a cup or mug. Add 1/2 cup of cream cheese 1 or 2 tablespoons cup of coconut oil,1/4 cup of butter and 2 packs of splenda mix well let it sit for a minute and boom cheesecake .. if your coconut oil is in solid form put it in the microwave for 8 seconds. Perfect desert or snack to meet your fat intake goals.1
