Allow one to Define Daily Macro goals using nicknames or labels
I have been using MyFitnessPal for several years and a Lumen Metabolic Tracker for a couple of years. The Lumen Metabolic Tracker creates daily macronutrient plans based on your individual caloric needs (maintain, lose, or gain weight) and your CO2 levels in the morning. Lumen breaks down the macro nutrition plans into…

👋 hello!
Hi all, Kate here, I've been using the app since August last year and it was hugely helpful in tracking foods to lose weight for my wedding (classic, I know), but found I really felt BETTER when I was tracking what I was eating, eating moderately, good foods at reasonable times of day, drinking less alcohol, and also…

Set Macros/Calories for specific # of weeks at a time for cut/maint w/o affecting prior entries
Ok so would like to be able to set macros for a number of weeks at a time. If I do a 6 week cut those set macros should not be affected when I end and go into maintenance this way I can go back and see where my set macros were at the time.

Should I change my calorie intake on rest days?
I’ve noticed that I move significantly less on rest days, especially because I have a desk job. Should I be decreasing my calorie intake on these days?

Splitting Added Sugar out from Sugar counts
I am tracking on MFP, and find the macro tracking usually useful. However, my diet is high in fruits and vegetables that have a pretty high sugar count. So I am consistently warned that I go over my daily sugar intake, then recommended to eat more fruits and vegetables. It would be really helpful if the app could…

Tin of Tuna - calculate macros
Right then, been a donkey's age since I posted anything on MFP, but this one has had me stumped for a good time now. Hypothetical: A tin of tuna fish with olive oil has, per a 100g serving, 0 Carbs, 8gr of fat and 20gr of protein. The tin states the oil and fish weight combined are 160gr and the weight of the fish alone,…

First time using My Fitness Pal
Hey everyone! I’m new to My fitness pal. I have been using the Lose it! app and been pretty successful in tracking my calories to lose weight. I dropped from 231lbs in August 2023 to 210lbs today. I want to try this app as well! So far I’m liking it! My goal weight is 180lbs. Only 30 more pounds to go! Nice to meet you all!

Add tracking option for Total Carbs
Since you cannot always trust manufactures to be truthful about net carbs, it would be good to track total carbs. I follow both Gary Brecka and Mark Sission and both suggest that you keep your total carbs at 50 or under a day for a keto diet.

Protein Snacks
Hey, I'm doing macros and always struggle to get my protein in and not go over in fat. I've upped my fat, but still it's an issue. I need some lower fat, higher protein snack ideas. I really don't care for chicken or really any meat, but I do it when I must.

Fix the app for those doing Keto! Don't reset goals just to update weight
I tried to update my weight today. And it warned me that by changing my weight, I'd have my goals reset. Why would I need my macro levels reset just because I weigh less? I understand that calorie intake and grams will change. But why change my percentages?! Every time I weigh in I have to reset my macros?

Macronutrient Dashboard
Hi, I track macros so I use the macronutrient dashboard but I HATE how in my food diary it shows "Nutrients Remaining: at the top. I don't want it to count down, I want it to count up. I keep having to go to "Nutrition" and then to "Macros" to be able to see what I've eaten. I also set my goals for the day to "1" for each…
