Snack Ideas Anyone? Macro ratio Thx!
I have about 200 calories = 23g carbs and 46g protein ratio left in my diet plan’s “budget” for the day. Maybe a gram or two of fat. Wish this app could suggest food/ recipe ideas based on such ratios (maybe it does and I overlooked it?) so asking here if anyone has ideas thanks so much!!

Protein Snacks

Fix the app for those doing Keto! Don't reset goals just to update weight
I tried to update my weight today. And it warned me that by changing my weight, I'd have my goals reset. Why would I need my macro levels reset just because I weigh less? I understand that calorie intake and grams will change. But why change my percentages?! Every time I weigh in I have to reset my macros?

Macros totalling more than calorie goal
My calorie goal is 2500 so if you divide that up that's 281g for carbs, 218g for protein and 55g for fat split 45/35/20 accordingly. But on the Macros tab for "today" it shows carbs 331g, protein 258g and fat 66g which adds up to 2950 calories. Have I done something wrong?

Meal macro % math problem/issue
Has anyone noticed any errors in the math of the meal macro numbers? I just logged 3 items (eggs, cheese and avocado) to see how much fat is in an omelette.
