Aging gracefully

Hi! I’m Mae. I’ll be 49 next month. I’ve been working out for over 35 years and love healthy foods, but have chronic back conditions and depression. For the first time in my life, I am now counting macros and today I just purchased 260 pounds of weight plates for my home gym, I work out every day whether I’m doing high intensity, interval training, Barre, yoga, or jogging. It’s nice to be in a community of people with the same type of goals.

    Hey just sent you a FR, I have a garage gym to and post my workouts be interested to see what workouts you do jn your garage gym as well.

    But I don’t want to age gracefully. I want to be the old woman next to you in cardio or the pool or yoga, kicking your butt, maybe shaming you a wee bit, making you work just a little bit harder.

    Graceful is for blue hairs.
