I could use some help in figuring out best macro's and Calorie limit for weight loss

Hello
Looking for some guidance because I have some hefty weight loss goals . I am at my heaviest I have ever been , 208 lbs. I am recovering from a third surgery in the past 9 months. Two were emergency , medically necessary (and related) , the third was to repair a long time knee issue that was keeping me from getting back to being active.

I want to see 175lbs by August. Is that unreasonable? I have used the MFP tool to determine macros .
Carbs- 40% 140 g
Protein- 35% 123 g
Fat 25% 39 g

calories are set to 1400.
I excercise 3-4 times a week with both cardio and strength (slowly upping that now with knee recovery.
Do I need to adjust anything ?

    208 - 175 = 33

Any loss faster than 2 pounds a week is likely not healthy.

33 • 2 = 16 1/2 weeks minimum. And since rate of loss is never linear, and we all experience occasional stalls and temporary bounces up (more often the less fat we have to lose) then it’s likely that your goal is going to take longer than that.

Sustainable weight loss tends to be a slower process, and is much easier on your body in the long run.
