It just was not working for me anymore. So looking at this App I see so much more that I can glean off beside valor count fat/sugar/protein…

Wegovy
Hi y'all, I just got prescribed Wegovy, I hadn't started it yet, I have a few questions. I hear that low carb is the way to go for this...for those that are taking Wegovy or something similar, how are your macros/calorie counts set up? Also, what side effects have you experienced and how did you mitigate them?

Replacing “breakfast, lunch, dinner” with “meal 1, meal 2, etc”
As a lot of people are turning away from the traditional breakfast, lunch, and dinner diet structure and moving towards having smaller, more frequent meals, it would be nice if the app gave you the option to ADD meals and to also change the names of meals (for example, “post-workout meal, meal 5”). As a competitive…

Lock a macro
Maybe I am missing something but I can't seem to find how to lock a macro. As an example, no matter how much or little I exercise, I want to get 150g of protein. That's my goal, not more or less. Currently, any time I exercise a lot it suggests a lot more than 150g and when I have a sedentary day protein drops a lot. This…

Asian Recipes That Fit Macros - Survey
When I was weight lifting regularly, I found myself hating most of the recipes that were recommended on weight lifting forums. I love cooking and could be described as a “foodie” so eating chicken and broccoli variations with little flavor was incredibly depressing. I ended up creating a huge spreadsheet of my favorite…

Chart for reviewing historical Marco trends to help review/set percentages easier
As a new user, I love how easy it is to track calories, and so much other stuff about MFP! The one areas I do not have a good handle on yet is what % to set my macro targets at. A feature that allows a user to cycle their macros (carb / calorie cycle)
Currently a user can customise their daily nutrition goals by setting custom daily goals, this is ok, but it would be very useful to be able to take this customisation one step further by setting custom goals based on the workout intensity for a specific day. For example, to be able to set macronutrients for the following…
