    Welcome. I too am a runner. I love to just plug my music in and lace up my shoes and go.

    Runner....in spirit. Walker in practice until I am not so overweight and my body says "yes" to running.
    I ran about 7 miles straight, 80 lbs ago. So, time to build up to that again.
    From So Cal (Mo Val), moved to Phoenix a decade ago.
