Here to build knowledge of nutrients and muscle

Hi everyone, after being on noom for over a year and losing most of the weight I was aiming to, I am starting here so that I can better track my macros and gain muscle. I would love to join a group, if there is one, of other late 30s-beyond who are working out and eating with the same goals in mind. 💪

    Welcome.
I did Noom for a little while. It didn’t gel for me but I am glad it worked for you.
There are lots of groups and challenges, dedicated to different things. I’m in a few but my goals are different than yours.

Hopefully someone else will chime in with some suggestion for groups. Or search for terms that fit your needs and interests.

There’s a lot going on here. Dive in! :)

Most of the groups here describe themselves in one of these two parts of the Community:

    https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/categories/challenges
    https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/categories/motivation-and-support

You can read their intro posts, find something that looks appealing, and join in in whatever way their post describes.

Lots of people here are on a path similar to yours, at different stages of progress, and at all ages. The formal groups are a good way to get to know like-minded people.

    Best wishes!

Very late 30s qualified personal trainer here. I'm doing strength training, sprinting and carnivore diet atm.
