👋 hello!

Hi all, Kate here, I've been using the app since August last year and it was hugely helpful in tracking foods to lose weight for my wedding (classic, I know), but found I really felt BETTER when I was tracking what I was eating, eating moderately, good foods at reasonable times of day, drinking less alcohol, and also setting goals and achieving them.
My "wedding diet" wasn't sustainable, but I'd like to find something that is.
I have some interest in learning a bit about what "carb cycling" is, get more into plant-based protein, and I'd love to connect with friends here to offer support and any of the (limited) advice I can!
