First time using My Fitness Pal

Hey everyone! I’m new to My fitness pal. I have been using the Lose it! app and been pretty successful in tracking my calories to lose weight. I dropped from 231lbs in August 2023 to 210lbs today. I want to try this app as well! So far I’m liking it! My goal weight is 180lbs. Only 30 more pounds to go! Nice to meet you all!

It sounds like you have a pretty good foundation in tracking and weight management towards your goal. That's great. There's lots of very good tools here as well as supportive people. I think I signed up for LoseIt about the same time I signed up for MFP (about six years ago), but never really used it.
