What happens when your macros aren't perfect?
I struggle with fat content. I can stick to the calories just fine but my fat content hovers between 30-40%. Today it's showing I'm over my fat by 7grams. I'm wondering if this side tracks all my tracking because the fat is too high?

If I ate 1650 calories and burned 700 calories, am I still in a calorie deficit?
I’m confused about how a calorie deficit works. Today I ate 1667 calories but I burned around 700-800 by exercising (I ran, walked and lifted weights). This left me with a total of 902 net calories.
