Hi again,

I have been on and off my fitness pal for years. It helped me lose 3 stone prior to Covid but then it piled back in. I’ve taken a beating to my mental health due to suffering long covid, an injury to my knee and finding out I’m going through menopause since. I’ve been attending a weight loss clinic for over a year with fluctuating results so I’ve given in and started Mounjaro 11 days ago. I’m feeling a little more positive as I lost 9lbs in my first week and have plans to join the gym with a friend in January, to give my knee a build up time after completing physio. I work 12 hour shifts, days and nights so if anyone has work food ideas I would greatly appreciate them.

I just wanted to say Hi 👋 and looking for like minded support xx

Good luck on your journeys everyone xx

Hi, I don’t know which country you’re in but in the UK there is a great range of non-junk meals made by Slimming World at Iceland. You can get three lunch bowls for £10. They’re full of protein and vegetables and they’re around 400 calories per meal. And they’re made from unprocessed ingredients - they even have the recipe on the label so you can make it yourself if you want to.

I’m finding they’re perfect for my MJ journey (I started in mid-December). Hope that helps and Happy New Year!
