We are almost at the holiday many enjoy the most. If you celebrate enjoy the 25th!!
We know shortly after many thoughts to "What do I want for 2025?" to take care of ourselves not only by being healthy, losing weight, but tonight on the news I saw many are concerned about their mental health. How do we balance these 3 things together?
Shhhhhh, well actually NO SHHHHHHH about it!! We need a plan, and a vision. A vision?
This is exactly what the 2025 Winter 5% Community Challenge will be focused on!!
Along with exercise we will work on the following Healthy Habits through weeks 1 to 8.
Healthy Habits By The Week
Week 1: Measurements, Meet the Cheerleaders, Journaling, and an 8-Week Healthy Habit Focus! For details of this activity, please read the instructions included at the beginning of this post.
Week 2: Water and Journal
Week 3: Sleep and Water
Week 4: Am I Hungry Snack Pack and Sleep
Week 5: Me Time and Am I Hungry Snack Pack
Week 6: Take Time to Breathe and Me Time
Week 7: NSV (Non Scale Victory) and Take Time to Breathe
Week 8: Dance and NSV(Non Scale Victory)
