Why isn't the scale moving?
I eat at a calorie deficit and exercise 6 days a week. At the end of every day, MFP tells me in 5 weeks I will be down at least 10 lbs, but my weight never goes down. What happens if you don't get 100g of protein a day?
Seems today was a bit more carb heavy, and adding a protein shake would put me over my calories by 100! I am going to be doing heavy exercise later so maybe it'll be okay. My question is this: What happens if you get like 60-80g of protein a day? Do your muscles atrophy?

I weigh myself on a daily basis because that allows me to track even small gains or losses. Before I used to do weekly weigh-ins on Saturdays. Should I go back to weekly weigh-ins instead of daily weigh-ins?
