My goals for this year are
To gain 2 to 3 extra kgs in muscle mass
Maintain that weight
Learn pretty useful recipes
Learn how to do pullups
Do 10 push-ups
Do a handstand
Do a split

    Our goals for this year are quite similar! I am glad about that. I hope we can achieve our goals asap. In fact, the most challenging thing for me in this process is to gain muscle mass, unnatural protein intakes are also very common, to be honest, I am undecided about whether they are harmful or not.     My goal is to do split workouts for the rest of the year. I have been seeing a trainer for a year so far. He planning my workouts and on the days that I don't train with him, I am working out with my brother. He never came to my gym before, so this is a big support for me.
