This is a great challenge; it helps keep me accountable to myself. We have "healthy habits" to learn and follow but it's a life long challenge to keep up with those habits. For anyone wanting to learn what habits work and needs the encouragement and extra little push, these 5% challenges are so helpful. The challenge is to lose 5% of your weight over an 8 week period of time, so it's gradual weight loss that teaches you what habits you need to work on to lose the weight and keep it off.1
